Hello, I’m Sandra – a guide in modern energetic soul work and shamanically inspired processes.
It is my deepest heart’s calling to remind you of your true, radiant self – the whole and healed core that has always been within you.

My own journey began with many years of physical pain. When conventional medicine no longer had answers, my true path began: the journey inward.
Today I know that this crisis was the gateway to my true being.

Energetic and shamanic work has given me back a life of ease. It led me to my calling – and to what I have already lived in many lifetimes before: holding space for deep transformation and reconnection.

I now draw from the remembrance of at least five previous incarnations in this role – supported by a wisdom that reaches far beyond this lifetime.

• Graduated with a Diploma in Shamanism at the International Academy of Shamanism, certified as a Shaman Practitioner, currently pursuing the Shaman Master level
• Specialized studies as Energetic Trauma Healing® Coach (in progress) at the BodyMindSpirit School
• Certified Trainer in Meditation and Mindfulness (ongoing)
